Trafficking in Persons (TIP) Blacklist
Content of the TIP Blacklist

The  TIP Blacklist Online Monitoring System will contain the following information:

  1. Any person or entity facing administrative, civil and/or criminal charges in connection with alleged involvement in trafficking in persons in the guise of, or under the pretext of overseas employment, such as:
  • Individual persons and entities;
  • Philippine recruitment/manning agencies with the names of its corporate officers, executive officers, and employees, if known;
  • Foreign placement agencies with the names of its corporate officers, executive officers and employees, if known; and
  • Direct employers.

In case the direct employer is a juridical person, the names of its corporate officers, executive officers, and employees, if known.

       2. Any person or entity involved in the trafficking of victims/survivors rescued by DFA or DOLE, where the said victims/survivors have named or accused said person or entity in a verified affidavit.
